Agapanthus ‘Purple Cloud’ is one of the darkest lily-of-the-Nile available with rich, purple-blue, tubular flowers held in full, round heads on stems up to 3 feet tall. It is a deciduous species. Mulch with a big pile of leaves in winter to protect the crowns or grow in a pot. Agapanthus respond to sun and heat which will encourage lots of flowers.
