‘Sakura’ means “cherry blossom” in Japanese which is a fitting name for this semi-double- to double-flowered bergenia that looks like and blooms at the same time as the cherry trees. Dragonfly ‘Sakura’ has a compact habit and evergreen foliage with purple black tones in winter.
