Caladium ‘Aaron’ brings a sophisticated elegance to any shade garden with luminous white foliage on arrow-shaped leaves with white veins spreading into the green margins. This cultivar is relatively tall for a caladium, is sun tolerant and thrives in heat and humidity. Not hardy for any of us but it’s easy to save the corms over winter (at 10 degrees Celsius) and bring them out in spring. Caladium love heat. Best to start indoors and move outside once nighttime temperatures are above 15 degrees Celsius. Use as mass plantings or in containers and hanging baskets or as year round houseplants.
