Dahlia ‘Bishop of Canterbury’ has rich magenta-red flowers from June until frost over burgundy foliage. Grows from two to three feet tall. Excellent in containers or in the garden. Three options for winter starting with the easiest and safest: 1. grow in a pot and move to a frost-free area, 2. lift tubers and store, 3. leave in the ground in well-drained, sunny beds under a mound of fallen leaves (coastal BC only).
