‘Rise and Shine’ blooms for months from June until frost with masses of rich blue flowers centred with a white eye surrounded by a pink halo. Add the accent of dark veins and black stamens and you have one a spectacular flower show. Flowers lighten towards pink with age creating a multi-coloured display.
