Penstemon digitalis Dakota ‘Burgundy’ will provide a superb specimen in the garden with its upright, clumping habit, handsome dark foliage, and lavender to violet flowers followed by dark, showy seed heads in fall. This beard tongue is shorter than other varieties blooming at 24 inches high. Very hardy and long-lived. Awesome in sunny borders and as cut flowers. A hummingbird and pollinator magnet! Drought tolerant.
