Rhododendron ‘Landmark’ produces large trusses of dark pink flowers highlighted with red speckled throats. The foliage is long and narrow with a rich, shiny green sheen that turns a bronze-mahogany colour in winter. The growth habit is upright and rounded, 5 to 6 feet tall and wide. Responds well to pruning after flowering. Benefits from evenly moist, well-drained, slightly acidic-based soil and mulch. Use as an accent, hedge, understorey, privacy screen, mass planting and for winter interest. Attracts bees and bumblebees. Deer and rabbit resistant.
