Viola pedata ‘Eco Artist Palette’ is a cute little bird foot violet getting its name from its narrow, dissected foliage resembling that of a bird’s foot. The petals are reflexed backwards with lilac-blue petals on the bottom and purple petals on the top covering its dense, low growing, clumping form to 4-6 inches tall and 12-14 inches wide. Blooms in spring with sporadic reblooming until frost. Use in a rock garden or at the front of a border, and in small containers. Attracts bees. Deer resistant.
