Description
Selenicereus (syn. Hylocereus) ‘Joyner Red’ is an exciting dragon fruit hybrid valued for its pink skin with bright green scales and the white interior fruit which is moderately sweet and refreshing filled with crunchy black seeds. The fruit is produced from gorgeous, white, fragrant, night-blooming flowers. Plants are self-fertile though hand pollination is recommended. Also pollination by another cultivar may increase fruit set. A cool houseplant with the potential for delicious edible fruit.
